The reference was always those small Italian food shops, no ceremony, no announcement, just good food and a brand consistent enough that you recognise it before you've consciously registered why. The direction was quiet. Not minimal for the sake of it, restrained because restraint is what makes a place feel established rather than eager. Elegant without saying the word. The kind of brand that's simply there, working, every day, without needing to remind you it exists.
